Terms
If for any reason you wish to return a product received from The Packaging Company, you can do so by following these steps:
- Ensure you have met the conditions at the bottom of this page, to confirm your eligibility.
- Contact us via customerservice@thepackagingcompany.com in order to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Return your product (including the packing slip or order confirmation) to the following address:

Mundelein, IL 60060 - Once we have received and verified your shipment, we will issue a full refund (less shipping) back to your original payment method
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) that become lost or damaged during transit.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility.
Conditions
Items can be returned for a full credit (less shipping) within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

Due to the nature of the items, Custom/Made-To-Order items as well as machines and other equipment are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective.
If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at customerservice@thepackagingcompany.com, so we can help serve you better. -
Returns must be in resalable condition, and preferably kept in the original packaging it was sold in, with your packaging slip or order confirmation.
Products returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, unless otherwise authorized by The Packaging Company.
Please note that all returns will be subject to inspection for damage or misuse, prior to the issue of a refund.
